Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Land Consolidation 2019 Open Fund Application Notice
Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Land Remediation (hereinafter referred to as `` Laboratory '') was established in December 2017 with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, relying on Chang'an University and Shaanxi Province Land Engineering Construction Group, which is an important scientific research in the field of land engineering in China base.
The laboratory establishes an open fund to encourage researchers from other universities and research institutions at home and abroad to work closely with the laboratory research team to use the large-scale instruments and databases of the laboratory to carry out scientific research related to the main research directions of the laboratory. The laboratory's 2019 open fund project application work has started since January 15, 2019. The relevant information is as follows:
1. Qualifications of Open Fund Applicants
Applicants should generally have senior professional titles (or equivalent professional and technical positions) or research or management personnel who have obtained a doctorate degree; young researchers are encouraged to apply.
2, funding methods
The average funding for general projects is 60,000 yuan / item, and the research period is 2-3 years. The average funding for key projects is 150,000 yuan / item, the average funding for team projects is 200,000 yuan / item, and the research period is 3 years. Approved project funds are allocated to project undertaking units in batches.
3, funding direction
This year, free applications were mainly centered on the topics of land ecology, land improvement projects, land information, and land engineering materials.
4, achievement requirements
1）. The dissertation, achievements and patents obtained by the funded projects are owned by the key laboratory and the researcher's unit, and the author unit must be marked with the key laboratory.
2）. The related papers, monographs, and achievements of the projects funded by the Fund shall be marked with the Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Land Consolidation Open Fund Project.
3）. Final acceptance, after the completion of the fund project, the person in charge of the project fills in the final report of the project, and submits to the key laboratory the Summary Report of the Open Research Fund Funded Project, a copy of the academic paper and relevant original materials within three months.
4）. The thesis requires that one SCI for general fund projects, two SCI for key fund projects and team fund projects be published.
5. Application acceptance time and requirements
Those who apply for the fund should fill in four copies of the “Application Form for Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Land Consolidation Open Fund Project” (original), seal it by the applicant's unit, and mail it to the Changan University Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Land Consolidation and send it at the same time. After being reviewed by experts and reviewed by the academic committee of the key laboratory, the approved project was announced in early March 2019.
At the application stage, the relying unit is a university, and the official seal of the secondary unit or the official seal of the school may be used.
