Notice on holding the 2019 Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Land Research

According to the study, the 2019 Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Land Studies will be held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province from November 10-12. The purpose of the meeting was to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, implement the national innovation-driven strategy, advance land science and technology innovation and talent growth, and better serve the work of natural resource management centers. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

Time: November 10-12, 2019 (Report on November 10th. The fourth session of the Seventh Council will be held at 7:00 pm on November 11th, and the specific arrangements for the meeting will be announced separately).

V. Conference Registration

Please register through the WeChat Society before October 27, 2019. Scan the QR code below to enter the conference registration interface and follow the prompts to register for the conference.

1. When registering, please follow the system prompts to fill in the relevant information (the fields marked with * are required). After all the information is filled in, click the Submit Now button. When the system prompts Successful registration, thank you for your participation!, It means that the registration is successful.

2. Delegates who need to issue a conference fee invoice should fill in the information such as Invoice Header, Taxpayer Identification Number, Address, Telephone and Account Bank and Account Number accurately and completely when registering for the conference according to the financial requirements of their respective units. After completing the registration, please download and fill out the paper Invoice Feedback Form, and submit the paper form to the staff when registering for payment, in order to issue an invoice.

3. Delegates who do not need a conference fee invoice, please fill in None in the relevant column of the invoice information.

4. After completing the registration of the conference, please join the QQ Group of the 2019 Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Land (group number: 850666676, answer the question when adding the group is Fuzhou) The relevant situation of the meeting will be announced through the QQ group.

Meeting payment

The annual conference fee is 1500 yuan / person. Participants are required to register and pay on the day of the conference registration (only savings cards or credit cards are accepted). Specially invited academic report experts and representatives of young outstanding paper authors (1 person / article) are exempt from conference fees (the results of the annual outstanding young papers selection will be announced shortly).

VII. Matters needing attention

(1) About accommodation arrangements.

  1. Conference report experts and branch venue report experts, members of the seventh council of the Chinese Society of Land Research, representatives of the branches of the Chinese Society of Land Research, and representatives of the provincial land societies, the Institute's office and the hotel will reserve the room uniformly at their own expense. If the above delegates cannot attend the conference due to special reasons, please contact our office 10 days in advance.

(2) During the annual conference, the awards will be given to the winners of the annual excellent paper awards of the annual conference. Representatives of the winners will be invited to attend the conference. If it is really impossible to attend the meeting due to special reasons, one person must be appointed to attend the meeting.

(3) About conference traffic. No pick-up will be arranged for this meeting, please go by yourself.

Take a taxi from Fuzhou Changle International Airport to the Sheraton Fuzhou Zhong Geng Hotel (take the Airport Expressway Fuzhou Zhong Geng Sheraton Hotel). The distance is approximately 40 kilometers and the journey time is about 45 minutes.
