8. Call for Papers
1). Please submit abstracts of less than 400 words to the designated mailbox before September 20. Please indicate the name of the branch venue when submitting;
Before October 15, the academic committee of the conference has completed the review of the abstract, and the review opinions will be fed back to the submission mailbox;
Before November 10, authors of papers that have passed the review are requested to submit the full text of the final paper.

9.conference registration, member development
1). Conference Registration
In order to facilitate the organization and management of the meeting and the pick-up station, participants are requested to send the attendance receipt (Annex 1) to csae2019work@163.com before November 5th (inclusive).
Advance payment representatives (including members and non-members) should send a scanned copy of the registration fee transfer voucher together with the attendance receipt. In order to facilitate the issuance of the registration fee invoice, please indicate the invoice header and taxpayer identification number in the return receipt.
2). Conference registration fee
The annual registration fee can be paid in advance or on-site. Pay in advance to give a certain discount, and please remark 2019CSAE + Participant Name on the remittance list when remittance, please collect the registration fee invoice at the registration site.

3)． Enrollment matters
During the annual meeting, the development of the members of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering will continue. Membership procedures can be processed in advance or on site and enjoy member treatment. Welcome to join the association.
Non-member representatives (including student representatives) who pay the registration fee in advance need to go through the admission procedures of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering before paying the registration fee. Only after paying the membership fee can they enjoy the membership registration fee standard.
Joining process: For individual members, please log in to the website of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering www.csae.org.cn, click on the membership application system on the left side Apply for membership, and follow the instructions to register online. After successful registration, go to the member management, check the instructions for membership, please pay the membership fee.

10. Poster display
In order to exchange work results and experiences during the annual meeting, the branches, the agricultural engineering societies of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the central government can combine the development profile of the institution, the society, or the results display wall to facilitate learning and reference.
Participants are welcome to submit posters and materials that are no larger than 0.6m in width and 0.9m in length. The conference management team will set up a wall poster collection office at the registration desk to register and arrange display at the venue.
Participants are requested to remove the poster by themselves after the presentation.
11. Concurrent Activities of Annual Meeting
The third council of the tenth session of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, the 2019 meeting of the chairman and secretary-general of the National Society of Agricultural Engineering.
Professional committee activities. Professional committees who are planning to carry out activities during the annual meeting are requested to contact the secretariat of the Institute by November 1, 2019.
